Pharmacy Systems Specialist

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate must reside in Atlanta, GA and will be responsible for all sales activities within the assigned territory, driving growth of CAPS 503B products and

B. Braun’s generic injectable drug portfolio by supporting existing customers and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Grow and manage sales of CAPS 503B and

    B. Braun generic injectable drugs within the territory.
  • Manage existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with hospital pharmacy customers and key stakeholders.
  • Understand customer needs and position the value of

    B. Braun products.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline to achieve sales goals.
  • Stay organized with account updates, reporting, and territory planning.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of medical‑sales experience.
  • Valid driver’s license (travel required).

Preferred:

  • Experience selling into hospital pharmacy environments.
  • Experience working with IDNs, GPOs, or healthcare systems.
  • Background in injectable drugs, IV therapy, or related products.
  • Proven ability to grow accounts and develop new business.
Physical Demands
  • Light work – may exert up to 20 lbs of force occasionally.
  • May frequently stand, sit, and walk; occasionally lift or move up to 20 lbs.
Work Environment

Regular on‑site visits to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. Employees must meet vendor credentialing requirements, including full COVID‑19, influenza, and hepatitis B vaccinations, and pass background checks and drug screening as required by customers.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000 (plus incentive compensation). Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and tuition reimbursement.
