What you'll do
  • Grow Our Business While Growing Your Team's. You will work with your team within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals through effective use of planned resources.
  • Lead Your Team. You will provide overall direction, motivation, and support to your sales team in a designated territory, ensuring all Associates use Salesforce Automation and implement audit procedures for compliance.
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales associates. You will interview, identify, and motivate Associates while providing continuous feedback on performance and coaching, and helping to develop their careers.
  • Represent ADP. You will represent ADP to customers, prospects, and the public by attending field activities, trade shows, demonstrations, and seminars, staying current on product technology.
Required Qualifications
  • Sales Role Model. You have a successful track record of B2B sales experience (2+ years) with stellar presentation skills.
  • People Person and Coach. You build relationships and motivate people, delivering performance feedback to develop the best in your team.
  • Trusted Advisor. You live and breathe integrity, consistently delivering on promises.
  • Expert Planner. You manage time, prioritize deliverables, and multitask effectively, applying strong planning skills to sales strategies.

A college degree is great but not required. If you lack a degree, other acceptable experience includes:

  • Two or more years of B2B sales or sales management with a proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
  • Military experience that demonstrates teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a “never lose” mentality.
