What You’ll DoLearn and apply knowledge of mortgage fundamentals and sales skills real time, with focus on the following areas:
- Assist in identifying and onboarding qualified third-party originator and broker accounts.
- Participate in sales calls with prospective and current accounts to learn about assessing client needs and opportunities.
- Gain proficiency in loan origination systems, CRM, and innovative AI tools to maximize performance.
- Support training efforts by providing accounts with information on systems, policies, procedures, and products.
- Respond to account inquiries and elevate issues to senior team members as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between accounts and the EPM operations teams, ensuring timely communication.
- Collaborate with Sr. Account Executives and Sales Management to maintain strong client relationships.
- Additional responsibilities related to business needs.
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
1+ years of professional work experience preferred, ideally in sales, customer service, or financial services.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Motivated and eager to learn with a proactive approach.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
Problem‑solving mindset with willingness to seek guidance when needed.
Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills.
Basic knowledge of financial or mortgage terminology a plus.
