• Pay: $21 per hour plus 10% monthly bonus opportunity.
Join 2020 Companies as a Retail Engagement Specialist and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory.
Requirements- Personal vehicle with valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and successful Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
- Field‑based role: visit local retailers and ensure they understand how to maximize the value of the program.
- Serve as the face of the brand in the field, building relationships, providing education, and ensuring a strong customer experience at each location.
- Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship‑focused manner.
- Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
- Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
- Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in‑store.
- Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
- Manage a daily route, keeping to a schedule of 22–35 visits per day depending on geography and scheduling.
Field‑based position with daily travel within your assigned territory.
Independent work style supported by leadership and training teams.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum six months of sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in a customer‑facing field role; prior retail, sales, or field marketing experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliable transportation within assigned territory.
- Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals.
- Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
- Schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance.
- Execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits.
- Document and communicate all activity to Retail Operations in a timely manner.
