** Key Role responsibly includes:
*** Build and manage strong relationships with employers across an assigned portfolio of career centers
* Develop an understanding of recruitment and hiring challenges within assigned industry verticals
* Drive revenue growth by prospecting for new business, renewing existing clients, and identifying upsell opportunities
* Execute a consistent, high level of sales outreach using modern sales tools and automation platforms
* Sell a comprehensive suite of recruitment advertising and employer branding solutions
* Ensure a positive customer experience by coordinating the successful delivery of products and services
** Qualifications
* ** 6 mos–3 years of sales, customer-facing, or performance-based experience preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and drive to achieve results
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships

Base Salary: $55,000 + Commission (uncapped)
