New Home Associates complete a comprehensive and engaging training program that enhances sales techniques, fosters customer and community relationships, and introduces future New Home Specialists to the Eastwood way of building homes.
All experience levels are welcome, as there is always something new to learn.
After securing an active real estate license and successfully completing the program, New Home Associates are eligible for promotion to a New Home Specialist position, which includes a competitive compensation program and bonus potential. This role covers Braswell Farms in Loganville and Twin Lakes in Hoschton.
New Home Associate Responsibilities- Create and initiate community marketing campaigns to attract new customers, foster referral business, and maintain business relationships with local real‑estate agents
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customers’ needs and how those needs align with Eastwood Homes’ product design
- Present model homes, floor‑plan designs, home features, and home‑site availability to potential residents
- Understand architectural plans, blueprints, and site plans
- Facilitate contract documents as they pertain to the purchase of a new home
- Work alongside community builder and onsite New Home Specialist to deliver 100% customer satisfaction
- Excellent written, verbal communication and customer‑service skills
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug and background screening
- Ability to work a minimum five‑day work week, including Saturday and Sunday, plus early evening weekday hours
- Must possess a clean, dependable vehicle capable of accommodating at least two passengers for job functions
- Proper business attire and personal hygiene required to represent the company professionally
- Must live within a one‑hour radius of Braswell Farms in Loganville and Twin Lakes in Hoschton
