Real Estate Agent – Commercial - Experienced Company:

• Dudley Thomas Spade Specialized Real Estate (DTSpade) Locations:
  Atlanta, GA

• Achieve personal commission goals through individual and team transactions.
• Engage in proactive client prospecting via calls, emails, and meetings, ensuring accurate reporting in Pipedrive CRM.
• Carve out an industry niche within our company verticals.
• Broker deals for both personal and DTSpade accounts.

• Experience:
  
  5-7 years as a commercial real estate broker/agent or equivalent sales experience.

• Valid Salesperson license in Georgia or other relevant states.

• Proven success as a Tenant Rep and/or Landlord Rep.

• Deep understanding of one or more of our markets.

• Established industry contacts.

• Entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinker, and a champion for diversity and inclusion.

• Advanced Training: unique training programs, including Lipsey videos, proprietary simulation training, and direct feedback call sessions.
