Responsibilities- Drive new business across commercial HVAC service and project sales
- Build relationships with owners, GCs, and facility decision‑makers
- Develop and manage your own Atlanta‑based pipeline
- Sell into commercial, healthcare, and education sectors
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Consistently generate high‑value opportunities and revenue growth
- 9-10+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience
- Proven track record of generating revenue, not just maintaining accounts
- Experience selling in commercial or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, service, and project work
- Background in external, relationship‑led sales
- Demonstrated success closing $4M+ in annual contract value
- Ambitious and motivated by career progression and earnings growth
- Very strong commission structure
- Clear pathway into larger accounts and higher‑value deals
