Seasonal Sales Associate
As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you are the face of the brand – bringing energy, authenticity, and a customer‑first mindset to every interaction. You will create memorable shopping experiences by engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll contribute to the store’s success through sales, visual merchandising, and operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
- Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors.
- Share product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools.
- Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
- Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Required skills and qualifications
- 0–1 year of relevant experience, with a preferred high school diploma or higher education.
- Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.
- Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight.
