Tortilla Sales Manager

Job Summary

Azteca Milling LP, a division of Gruma Corporation, seeks a Tortilla Sales Manager to drive sales of corn masa flour to businesses that produce tortillas, chips, and other food products.

• Maintain existing customer base.
• Identify market and business opportunities.
• Achieve budgeted sales volume growth expectations.
• Arrange product testing opportunities.
• Review sales trends on a regular basis.
• Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
• Travel as required to maintain and service customer base and generate additional business.
• Co‑supervise support staff, Technical Services, and Sales Coordinators.
• Develop expertise with tortilla processing equipment and corn masa flour product line.
• Support trade show activities.
• Develop good working relationships with other departments (accounting, QA, Technical Services, Operations, Customer Service, Warehousing, Transportation, HR, etc.).
• Become thoroughly knowledgeable about customers’ business and potential.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports as required.
• Develop strong business relationships with customer base.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year university.
• Three to four years of related sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commission, proportions, percentages, and volume.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Position located in Atlantic, GA.

Salary Range: $ - $ plus 10% discretionary bonus.
