Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you'll run qualified appointments provided by the company each week. You’ll meet homeowners, assess roofing needs, and guide them through the inspection and sales process—including insurance claims when applicable.

What You’ll Do
  • Run‑qualified appointments (leads) provided daily by the company.
  • Educate customers and present roofing solutions
  • Assist with insurance claims (we’ll teach you the process)
  • Close deals and follow-through to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Track leads and activity using our CRM tools
What You Bring
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Self‑motivated with strong work ethic
  • Comfortable knocking doors and talking to new people
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
