At SWANK, we are always looking for exceptional people who share our love for the customers we serve, the merchandise we sell, and the work we do! We are currently seeking a fashion-forward, fun, outgoing, and responsible individual to fill a full-time or part time stylist/sales position at our store in Atlanta, GA.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Should be motivated to develop a strong client base, possess strong sales, customer service and merchandising skills
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Maintain a fashionable personal appearance & have a friendly attitude
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends, holidays, store events, etc…
• Perform additional tasks as required.
• Upscale retail clothing sales experience
• Must be organized.
• Confident, self-starter and motivated attitude
• Energetic, outgoing, driven individual with an eye for fashion
• Quick learner and self motivated
• Computer and social media savvy
• Outgoing, responsible and results oriented
• Must enjoy working with people in a fast paced sales oriented environment
• Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• BA or BFA in related field preferred or relevant work experience - current students are welcome!

Job Responsibilities

• Style in-store customers
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Perform general administrative tasks
• Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise, and remind them of upcoming events
• Maintain visual presentation standards for the store

We are looking for hard-working, talented corporate interns who will work within various departments of SWANK and gain valuable experience and knowledge of working for a fast-paced fashion business! You will work closely with our Creative Director and will learn the ins and outs of running a boutique and e-commerce business. This is a unique opportunity to become a part of an established business, with the opportunity to grow within your position as well.

This internship is unpaid and for school credit, but you will learn valuable knowledge and experience needed to propel you within your fashion career!

Job Duties

• Work within our E-Commerce Department and assist with orders, customer service, website management, product management & more.
• Assist with photoshoots
• Assist with graphic design for our website, e-mails, and social media.
• Research marketing and business trends.
• Assist in styling VIP clientele.
• Various other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree related to business, fashion, marketing, or design
• Flexible schedule (we are willing to work around school schedules)
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Strong work ethic and initiative
• Self-motivated
• Loves SWANK!
• Must have a valid driver's license and car.
• Must be able to receive course credit.
