Zycus is hiring a Regional Vice President of Sales to lead Enterprise SaaS sales across the Eastern United States. We are looking for a proven enterprise sales leader with 12+ years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions to Fortune 1000 companies, leading high-performing Account Executives, winning competitive enterprise deals, and consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for growing the East Region, building a world-class enterprise sales team, and driving new customer acquisition.
You’ll lead strategic sales initiatives, coach enterprise sellers, engage with C-level executives, and help organizations transform procurement through Agentic AI.

TheOpportunity
This is not a "maintenance" sales leadership role. We’re looking for a builder.
Someone who loves opening new enterprise accounts, coaching enterprise sellers, creating winning strategies against larger competitors, and driving predictable revenue growth.
You’ll lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives selling six and seven-figure SaaS solutions into Fortune 1000 organizations across the Eastern United States.
You’ll work directly with executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategy while helping customers modernize procurement using Agentic AI.
What You’ll Own- Lead and grow the East Region sales organization
- Hire, coach and develop high-performing Enterprise Account Executives
- Drive consistent attainment of quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Personally engage in strategic enterprise opportunities
- Improve forecast accuracy and inspection discipline
- Increase win rates against major enterprise software vendors
- Build executive relationships with CIOs, CPOs, CFOs and Procurement leaders
- Develop regional account strategies for Fortune 1000 customers
- Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting and Product teams
- Build a high-performance, accountability-driven sales culture
Within your first year you will:
- Consistently exceed regional revenue targets
- Increase enterprise win rates
- Expand strategic enterprise relationships
- Build a repeatable, scalable sales operating rhythm
- 12–18 years of successful B2B Enterprise SaaS sales experience
- 5+ years leading Enterprise Sales teams
- Demonstrated success selling complex enterprise software into Fortune 1000 organizations
- Consistent history of exceeding multi-million-dollar annual quotas
- Experience leading complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong executive presence with C-level customers
- Experience coaching enterprise hunters
- Proven ability to recruit and develop top sales talent
- Experience selling Enterprise Business Applications
- Experience competing against companies such as SAP, Coupa, Oracle, Ivalua, Jaggaer, GEP, Service Now, Workday, Salesforce, or similar enterprise software vendors is highly valued.
