Compensation: This position offers a base salary ranging from $70,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s education, experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the role’s responsibilities.
Performance‑Based Incentive Opportunity: In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for performance‑based bonuses tied to business development and revenue‑generation activities. Bonus eligibility, structure, and payout amounts will be determined based on individual performance and company objectives.
This compensation structure is designed to reward professionals who proactively contribute to the growth and success of the organization while building long‑term client partnerships.
POSITION SUMMARY2
MNEXT is seeking a high‑energy, self‑motivated Business Development Specialist to support our growing marketing and business development efforts across the Southeast. This role is ideal for a driven professional with 2 to 5 years of experience in the A/E/C industry who enjoys relationship building, fast‑paced environments, and taking initiative to help drive company growth.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to be involved in all aspects of business development and marketing support including proposals, client engagement, industry events, opportunity tracking, CRM management, and strategic outreach efforts. This individual should be comfortable communicating with both technical and non‑technical professionals and capable of managing multiple priorities with a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career within the engineering and construction industry while gaining hands‑on exposure to client development, pursuit strategy, and A/E/C marketing operations.
