We are currently looking for a Strategic Account Executive (QSR), for one of our key clients in Philadelphia.
This is a senior, relationship-driven position sitting above day-to-day execution. You will own a portfolio of named enterprise QSR and restaurant clients, acting as their trusted strategic advisor and driving long-term growth, expansion and product adoption. This is not a new business hunting role - you will be growing and deepening relationships with some of the largest restaurant brands in the US.
Responsibilities- Own the strategic relationship for a portfolio of enterprise QSR and restaurant clients
- Lead Executive Business Reviews and quarterly business reviews
- Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap
- Build and maintain strategic account plans aligned to each client s business priorities
- Travel approximately 30-40%
- 10+ years in Strategic Account Management, Account Management, Customer Success or Solutions Consulting
- At least 5 years specifically supporting the QSR or restaurant industry
- Experience supporting enterprise clients in payments, fintech, SaaS or commerce technology
- Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships within complex, multi-location organisations
- Strong understanding of how technology and payments impact restaurant operations and guest experience
- Bachelor s degree required
