The portfolio includes 77 markets with the top-rated television station and 100 markets with the first and/or second-highest-rated television station, as well as the largest Telemundo Affiliate group with 45 markets totaling nearly 1.5 million Hispanic TV households.
Gray also owns Gray Digital Media, a full-service digital agency, and multiple video production companies and studios.
Telemundo Atlanta is a premier Spanish-language television station providing award-winning local news and programming. It has received numerous Emmy Awards and provides content via over‑the‑air broadcast, a website, and mobile application.
Job SummaryTelemundo Atlanta seeks a driven Multi-Media Executive to sell broadcast, web/mobile, events, and digital marketing. The role requires a sales professional who can achieve and exceed revenue goals in a dynamic media environment.
Responsibilities- Drive revenue on‑air, digital, and event platforms to exceed target goals.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies, and partnerships across TV, digital, and video.
- Identify and assess sales opportunities, applying resources and strategies appropriately.
- Understand sales processes from recording to preparation, maximizing efficiencies and revenue.
- Provide clients with creative and innovative advertising opportunities.
- Collaborate with Surge Digital Media to complement Telemundo Atlanta’s offerings.
- Create weekly revenue projections and reports for management.
- Lead by example and empower collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Gather, analyze, and present sales data, projections, and market research/ratings to support sales goals and forecast revenue.
- Strong relationship with an extensive list of contacts.
- Willingness to work beyond normal business hours and weekends when necessary.
- Excellent knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models.
- Excellent knowledge of ad campaign metrics and analysis.
- Strong ability to negotiate, collaborate, and coordinate.
- Professional maturity, integrity, discipline, and a positive attitude.
- Bilingual—written and spoken proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
