Position: Concierge - 99 West Paces Ferry

Job Description

The Concierge acts as the first point of contact and image ambassador for the community, working closely with residents, prospects, and team members to maintain a welcoming and professional environment.

Essential Roles You Will Play
  • People-Focused: Greets guests, assists with navigation, follows up with prospects and new residents, logs service requests, and provides concierge services such as taxi and dinner reservations.
  • Collaboration: Responds promptly to resident and client concerns, documents requests, and works peacefully with co‑workers in a stressful environment.
  • Integrity: Completes accounting, financial, and administrative reports; manages technology inventory; acts as liaison with HOA, COA, and community organizations; meets attendance and punctuality expectations.
  • Service: Executes activities supporting lease renewal programs, including preparing and delivering renewal letters and packages and ensuring documents are signed on time.
  • Results-Driven: Maintains lobby, property, and show units to company standards through daily inspections, communicates maintenance needs, and prepares leasing office for daily activities.
  • Experience-Centric: Designs and runs offsite marketing to drive traffic, implements referral and outreach programs, uses online marketing tools and property management software to track availability and resident data, and manages rentable areas for events.
  • Innovation: Stays informed on market conditions, updates market surveys, develops short- and long-term marketing plans, and follows policies related to concessions and specials.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Hours and Work Environment
  • Schedule:

    40 Hours in a regular work week.
  • Typical Site Hours of Operation (may vary by site):
    Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm;
    Saturday: 10am – 5pm;
    Sunday: 1pm – 5pm.
Essential Requirements
  • Must be available to work on weekends and must perform essential job functions unaccompanied.
  • Works in frequent exposure to outside elements where temperatures, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications Summary
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience Preferred: Property Management and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day‑to‑day grounds operation of an apartment community.
  • Computer

    Skills:

    Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs; strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata, Yardi, and/or One Site).
  • Licenses: Current Valid Driver’s License
  • Certifications: None
  • Weights Requirement: Able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 50 pounds independently and 150 pounds with assistance.
  • Mobility Requirements: Frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, and squat; intermittently required to sit and perform keyboard work.
  • Travel Requirements: Routine local travel may be required; non‑local travel may be required for business-related responsibilities.
