Sales Professional

We want new, bold, powerful methods of increasing customer acquisition for our clients, all-the-while enforcing a branded individualized training program to develop top managers and marketing professionals.

We are looking to hire a Sales Professional to join our team. Our ideal candidate is bright, energetic, and approachable, providing the highest customer service to every customer regardless of the worth of the product the customer wants to purchase. Our ideal candidate is never satisfied with doing the bare minimum or being average, building a sales force to be reckoned with.

• Develop a plan highlighting specific account strategies to meet or exceed established objectives effectively.
• Maintain a high level of service to all accounts through regular face-to-face, email, or phone contact with the customer’s key representatives.
• Respond timely to all inquiries from current and prospective customers.
• Create and communicate the value of Focus South products and services to successfully engage and sell to decision-makers.
• Interact well with others internally and externally, and be proactive in solving specific customer concerns.
• Ensure that the our customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction.
• Accurately forecast business within a committed timeline.

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-2 years proven success in working in a B2B system.
• Working knowledge and relationships within Agencies, Retail Companies, and Experiential Marketing Events preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Sales systems.
• Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic, and team-oriented environments.
• Computer skills, Microsoft Office preferred.
• Very outgoing along with strong self-direction.
• Work with minimal supervision, ability to set priorities, and multitasks South.
