Are you the HVAC refrigerant sales pro who'd rather be in front of customers than behind a desk?
We are a well-established EPA-certified refrigerant supplier seeking a driven, self-motivated Regional Business Manager to own a territory, build real relationships with OEMs, mechanical contractors, and HVAC/R distributors, and represent a company that competes on service, speed, and quality, not just price.
This is a field-first role for someone who wins by showing up, building relationships face-to-face, and being the person contractors know they can call.
What You'll Do- Spend 80%+ of your time in the field visiting contractors, distributor branches, and job sites
- Develop the market by building and managing a strong pipeline of strategic prospects
- Own the full sales cycle, from first call to long-term partnership
- Represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and contractor meetings
- Deliver quotations, technical guidance, and account support that wins long-term loyalty
- Build out new territories with an entrepreneurial, go-get-it mindset
- 5+ years of successful outside-sales experience working with mechanical or commercial contractors, wholesale distribution, industrial gases, or other HVAC-related B2B markets
- Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results while remaining accountable for results
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A positive, resilient attitude and a genuine drive to win while delivering extraordinary service and response
- A demonstrated history of expanding the customer base, generating consistent year-over-year sales and volume growth, and retaining key accounts
- Base salary + commission with uncapped earning potential
