Sales Business Development

Beagle is building the first fully automated insurance carrier. We’re hiring hard-working, high-energy BDRs (and interns) to join our in-person team in Atlanta.

This is a ground-floor sales role where you’ll learn outbound, talk to property managers daily, and move fast.

You’ll be working with a product used by property managers, powered by AI, in a $1T+ market

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls + book meetings with property managers
• Keep CRM updated daily
• Work at a YC-backed unicorn startup valued at $2.6B.
• Work directly with founders
• Learn sales, customer success, operations, and startup growth firsthand
• Opportunities to explore different roles across the company (marketing, finance, CS)
• Fast-track potential for full-time opportunities

What We Look For

• Comfortable talking with customers
• Strong organization + follow-through
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Compensation

• 60k to 80k (depending on performance), unlimited commission
• OTE: 110k-115k

Interview Process

• 1 screening call → work trial → decision within 72 hours.
