Position: Field Sales and Inside Sales (for Interns)

We Are Hiring for Two Distinct Roles:
Field Sales and Inside Sales.

Zamora Design & Build is a premier outdoor design and construction company serving the Atlanta metro area. We build patios, outdoor living spaces, and custom landscapes that stand the test of time. We are scaling aggressively toward a $3,000,000 revenue target in 2026 and we need the right people on the ground and on the phones to get there.

We are not looking for people who want to observe. We are looking for people who want to perform, earn, and grow with a company that is building something real.

We have two open positions. These are two completely separate roles with different responsibilities, different environments, and different compensation structures. Read both in full. Apply for the one that fits you.

Role 1 of 2 — Field Sales Territory Sales Associate

This is a pure outside sales role. Every day, you will be in the field representing Zamora Design & Build in an assigned ZIP code territory across the Atlanta metro area. You are the face of the brand in the neighborhood. You will knock on doors, start conversations, build trust, and convert interest into confirmed appointments for our sales team to close.

This role exists because our growth model depends on consistent, high-volume lead generation in the field. The person who fills this seat is not a runner or an errand person. They are a revenue-generating member of the team with their own territory, their own metrics, and direct accountability to our CRO, Erik Zamora.

What you will do every day:
  • Door-to-door outreach across your assigned ZIP code territory with a minimum of 50 doors per day
  • Identify homeowners who are strong candidates for outdoor renovation, patio builds, landscaping, or curb appeal projects
  • Represent Zamora at community events, neighborhood associations, and local gatherings to build brand presence and generate referrals
  • Conduct site visits and initial walkthroughs to assess project potential and warm up leads before the estimating team arrives
  • Build ongoing relationships with homeowners, property managers, and community connectors in your territory
  • Track all activity, leads, and appointments in Go High Level  CRM daily
  • Submit territory reports and daily activity logs to leadership
Compensation structure:
  • $35 per confirmed, qualified appointment set
  • $200 per closed deal that originates from your lead
  • Commission only — your income is directly tied to your output
  • Top performers will be considered for expanded territory and advancement as the company scales
What we are looking for:
  • Outgoing, confident, and resilient — rejection does not rattle you
  • Able to work independently in the field without supervision
  • Reliable personal transportation is required — you must be able to reach your territory daily
  • Atlanta metro area residents strongly preferred
  • Prior sales, canvassing, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
  • Coachable, accountable, and serious about earning

This role is not for everyone. If you are willing to put in the work, the earning potential is significant and the experience is real.

Role 2 of 2 — Inside Sales Sales & Client Success Associate Remote-Friendly | Phone and CRM Based | Commission + Bonus Eligible

This is a pure inside sales role. You will work from your phone and computer, managing the Zamora lead pipeline from first contact through confirmed appointment and beyond. You are the connective tissue between our marketing, field team, and clients. If a lead comes in and does not get followed up on, that is on you. If a proposal goes out and no one follows up, that is on you.

Your job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks and every client relationship is handled with professionalism from start to finish.

This role sits operationally under our Strategic COO and reports into the broader sales infrastructure being built to support our $3M 2026 target. You will work inside Go High Level , our CRM and automation platform, and you will be expected to learn it quickly and use it daily.
