Sales Manager – Franchise Automotive Dealership

• Minimum 5 years of dealer management experience.
• Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales.
• Determine monthly and yearly forecasts for unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
• Work with salespeople and managers to set specific goals and objectives.
• Create a positive sales culture and team atmosphere focused on employee retention.
• Conduct sales meetings.
• Maintain a balanced inventory for new and used sales.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop overall strategy that meets sales goals.
• Play an active role in the community.

Experience, education, and prior sales training are a plus.
