Job Description

We’re looking for Account Executives (AE) to join our Sales Team as opportunities arise. If you get fired up about solving real problems (not just hitting quotas), we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Develop sales strategies and consistently meet or exceed quota.
  • Move leads from qualified prospect to closed customer.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
  • Compile and analyze data to find trends.
  • Maintain a database of contact information.
  • Build long‑lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments.
  • Handle complaints and negotiations.
  • Develop relationships and sell to potential customers.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of direct software sales experience.
  • 3+ years of industry experience a nice to have.
  • Experience selling business‑management or other solution‑based offerings requiring deep discovery and executive alignment.
  • Ability to manage high‑velocity, high‑complexity deals in a mid‑market environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, presentations, PowerPoint, and software demonstrations.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, nurture, and convert new business.
  • Proven success optimizing conversion of marketing‑generated opportunities.
  • Consistent track record of identifying customer needs and positioning solutions with executive alignment.
  • Demonstrable history of above‑target performance, especially in a startup environment.
  • Ability to lead an effective sales process and close new business.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time‑management skills.
  • Competitive, goal‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

The average base salary for this position is $60,000‑$65,000. This position is eligible for commission.
