Field Marketing Specialist (Community Marketing Agent)
Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist, also known as a Community Marketing Agent, to work with popular local attractions such as the Georgia Aquarium, theme parks, and to attend events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
In this sales‑based role you will engage in face‑to‑face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience, inviting and incentivizing guests to attend award‑winning vacation ownership presentations.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
- Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales‑preview tour.
- Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
- Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and keep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends.
- Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% of time).
No travel required outside of the home site’s area.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications- Education
:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. - Sales and/or marketing experience
: 1 to 3 years preferred but not required. - Job experience
:
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement. - Knowledge and skills
:
Clear and concise written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team environment within a shared space. - Technical skills

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices. - Training requirements
