• Build lasting relationships with customers, positioning Diamonds Direct as their go-to destination for luxury jewelry.
• Use extensive knowledge of inventory and designer collections to guide customers in making informed, personalized choices.
• Manage the sales process with a focus on what’s best for the customer, including detailed follow-through after the sale.
