About YouYou are a hunter. New logos energize you more than inbound leads, and you ve built your career on generating your own pipeline rather than waiting for it to arrive. You have a track record you can point to, number vs quota, by year, ideally with the receipts (President s Club, top rep rankings, accelerator payouts). You carry real GRC and TPRM domain knowledge, whether that came from selling directly into risk and security teams or from working inside a GRC or TPRM company in another capacity.
Either way, you already speak the language of vendor risk and can hold your own with a CISO or a Head of TPRM from day one.
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive whose primary mandate is new business generation across mid market and enterprise accounts. This is not a farming role and it is not primarily inbound, you will be self motivated to source your own pipeline and convert it into closed revenue.
You'll engage stakeholders across GRC, TPRM, and Security teams who already understand the category, and use that domain knowledge to build trust quickly and move deals forward.
What You'll Do- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, for new and expansion opportunities
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound engagement, and GTM initiatives.
- Lead consultative, multi stakeholder discovery processes across technical and executive audiences.
- Develop and manage complex, multi threaded deal strategies.
- Navigate enterprise buying processes including security, legal, procurement, and executive alignment.
- Partner cross functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and broader GTM teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and strong CRM discipline.
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in enterprise or upper mid market environments.
- Demonstrated hunter track record, majority new logo or majority self sourced pipeline, with quantifiable quota attainment history in a high growth (startup or scale up) environment.
- Proven success selling into cybersecurity, GRC, or risk focused teams.
- Demonstrated ability to sell to C level executives and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong discovery and qualification skills, with the ability to tie customer challenges to measurable business outcomes.
- Self starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Collaborative approach with a strong desire to contribute to team success and company growth.
