The Salesforce Commercial team is hiring an Account Executive to work with growing organizations of 250-5,000 employees across the Consumer Business Services Industries. In this role, you won't just sell - you'll work alongside Agentforce and a talented extended team to help customers maximize their Salesforce investment and drive real business outcomes. As a trusted partner, you'll build pipeline, shape long-term account strategy, and grow revenue through consultative selling and executive-level relationships.

- General Commercial (1,001-5,000 employees)
- Enterprise Corporate Sales (5,000+ employees)
This role sells into accounts within the Consumer Business Services Industries, including Travel, Transportation, Hospitality, Professional Services, Architecture, Construction, and Real Estate.
What You'll Actually Be Doing- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
- Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy, aligned to customer business objectives, coordinating internal Salesforce resources and Prime and Cloud sales teams.
- Share the Salesforce value proposition for existing and new customers, building opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
- Drive growth within assigned accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and new logo acquisition.
- 5+ years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in a field sales role.
- Proven experience managing customer accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and/or acquiring new logo accounts.
- Ability to build and deliver presentations and strategize with a large extended team.
- Demonstrated ability to develop C-suite relationships and drive customer satisfaction at scale.
- Experience selling into Consumer Business Services industries including Travel, Transportation, Hospitality, or related verticals.
- Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience).
