This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

This position requires on-site attendance for training for entire 2-week training period from 9am - 3:30pm EST. Full attendance (100%) is required.
The Sales Support Coordinator I is responsible for supporting new and renewal business in partnership with strategic sales and account associates.
How You Will Make An Impact:
- Provides general administrative support to the sales teams.
- Gathers, scrubs, inputs, and tracks sales data to ensure it is complete and accurate.
- Generates reports for brokers, clients and sales teams.
- Engages and fosters relationships with internal and external partners.
- Completes projects as requested by the sales teams.
- Coordinates with proposal units on request for proposal ("RFP") responses to brokers and groups and maintains various system updates for proposal and sales activity.
- Researches and resolves routine sales, claims, and benefit issues.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or a GED equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
- Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
- Strong keyboard skills preferred.
