Sales Representative

We are currently seeking
bilingual (English/Spanish) sales representatives with strong experience in
closing sales
, both over the phone and in the field.

Requirements & Expectations:

• Sales experience, preferably in construction-related or service industries
• Strong closing skills and ability to generate new business
• Willingness to learn and be trained in the specific business environment ofUSAGlass
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls (inside sales role)
• For field positions: ability to visit job sites, identify opportunities, and bring in new clients.

• Provensalesexperience,ideallyinglassproducts,buildingmaterials,or construction-related industries.
• Strongknowledgeofdifferenttypesofglass,their applications,andindustrystandards.
• Excellent interpersonal,negotiation,andpresentationskills.
• Self-motivatedwithastrongresults-orientedandsolution-drivenmindset.
• Abletoworkindependentlywhilecontributingeffectivelytoateamenvironment.
• ProficiencywithCRMsoftware,Microsoft Office,andsalesreportingtools.
• Valid driver’slicenseandreadinesstotravellocallyforclientvisitsandsiteconsultations.
• Familiaritywithlocalbuildingcodesandarchitecturalapplicationsisaplus.

• Monday - Saturday with one day off within those days.

• $15/hr + commissions on sales
• Commission structure may vary based on experience and performance

• Candidates will receive training and ongoing support from our sales team.
