As an Export Sales Manager at Amera Export Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving our export sales strategies, expanding our global market reach, and building strong relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive export sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in international markets.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients to increase export sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, distributors, and partners globally.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients to ensure profitable sales and long‑term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order processing, shipment, and delivery to international customers.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management, highlighting sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to international clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in export sales, international business development, or related roles, preferably in the [industry or sector] sector.
  • Strong understanding of export processes, documentation, regulations, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships with international clients.
  • Results‑driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Knowledge of export management software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
