Director of Sales, Sales Manager, Area Manager, Business Development
Currently seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager/Director for our fast-growing logistics technology client. This role would lead performance, pipeline execution, and daily sales activity management for freight brokerage solutions sales team.
This role requires 5+ years of 3pl brokerage logistics sales experience and freight tech sales experience.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily sales activity
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and data integrity across the team
- Track and report on team KPIs and metrics
- Lead weekly reviews of pipeline and deal strategy plans
- Develop performance and development plans and coach the team on areas of improvement
- Support planning and execution of in person client meetings and industry events
- Establish clear expectations around GTM strategy with a focus on high-probability opportunities
- Partner with sales leadership to build a high-performance and accountability-driven sales culture
- 5+ years of experience in 3pl logistics brokerage sales and freight tech sales ideally
- Experience managing or coaching sales professionals in 3pl logistics brokerage or freight tech
- Proven ability establishing credibility and managing both senior/tenured sales representatives and developing talent
- Strong emotional intelligence with high performance standards
- Operationally strong with a data-driven and process-oriented mindset
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Atlanta, GA area - in office 5 days per week required
Base Salary$90,000 - $125,000 based on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate + quarterly bonuses. On-target earnings range from $200,000 - $225,000.

We are looking for candidates with a strong network in the freight brokerage space and the experience to coach and manage the sales team on complex enterprise sales cycles independently.
