Job Description
Job Summary The Proposal Manager / Bidding Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of our organization by overseeing the proposal development process. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in business development and project management. The Proposal Manager will lead cross‑functional teams to create compelling proposals that align with our business objectives and enhance our competitive edge in the market.
This is a commission based only position with a guaranteed competitive salary as full time position after a 2 month performance evaluation.
- Lead the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
- Place bids on behalf of the company, out‑door to businesses representing the business and its services, assign leads to sales representatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and insights for proposal content.
- Conduct strategic planning to identify key opportunities and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Supervise and mentor team members involved in proposal preparation, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Analyze profit loss scenarios related to proposals and make recommendations for improvement.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of proposal development workflows.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of proposal templates, past submissions, and best practices for future reference.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure proposals address their requirements effectively.
- Strong strategic planning abilities to align proposals with organizational goals.
- Proven experience in business development, demonstrating an understanding of market dynamics.
- Knowledge of profit loss analysis to inform decision‑making in proposal strategies.

Pay: $ - $ per year. Every bid is paid up to $3,000.00 to $20,000.00 per Bidding. This position offers uncapped commission and a guaranteed competitive salary after a 2‑month performance evaluation.
