We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive individuals to achieve sales targets on a consistent basis. The one who has the ability to guide and direct his team.

• Business development to identify new investors and clients.
• The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.
• Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame.
• Handling sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
• Presentation to customers on our project.
• Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.
• Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
• Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.
• Manage a portfolio of listings.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements.
• Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.

• Proven sales experience is preferred.
• Well-presented and a good work ethics.
• Has excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
• Possesses excellent organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication.
• Working knowledge of computer, such as MS Office.

Education and Professional qualifications:
Any Bachelor’s degree.

Salary Package:

Rs 30,000
- Rs 50,000 (depending upon the experience).
