Manager, Off Premise Account Lead

Summary

The Manager, Account Lead serves as the primary point of contact for assigned off‑premise accounts in the Atlanta market, owning relationships and driving sales and visibility for the portfolio. This hybrid role requires frequent in‑market travel to execute brand programs, collaborate with distributor partners, and deliver on account plans and ROI objectives.

• Sell Moët Hennessy brands and tailor activations, education, and programs for each account
• Develop and execute long‑term key account plans and bespoke programs to drive distribution and sales
• Visit accounts regularly to maintain relationships, monitor performance, and gather market intel
• Partner with distributor sales teams on pricing, order execution, and program support
• Lead trade advocacy initiatives and coordinate in‑market activations and Maison visits
• Manage assigned budget to maximize ROI and track execution of the account program calendar

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of sales and marketing experience within wine and spirits
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel frequently in market
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform occasional material transport
• Proven relationship building, sales strategy, analytical, and presentation skills
