As an Inside Sales Coordinator at our client, you will support our outside sales team by preparing the technical and commercial materials that move opportunities forward. The primary goal for this position is to enable our outside sales representatives to sell effectively by producing accurate flow charts, equipment lists, pricing, proposals, and presentations, while coordinating test lab activities and reporting. You will serve as a technical resource who translates engineering concepts into clear, compelling sales materials and helps ensure a consistent, professional brand across our marketing and website content.

Key Responsibilities
  • :
    Prepare process flow charts and technical diagrams to support sales opportunities and system design
  • s.Coordinate test lab activities, including scheduling, sample tracking, and preparing test result reports for customers and outside sales rep
  • s.Develop equipment lists and pricing for proposed systems based on project requirements and vendor quote
  • s.Create professional presentations and written proposals for outside sales representative
  • s.Assist in the development of marketing materials and help maintain accurate, up-to-date website conten
  • t.Coordinate trade show logistics, including booth planning, materials, scheduling, and follow-u
  • p.Maintain organized records of quotes, proposals, equipment documentation, and pricing across multiple application
  • s.Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure the technical accuracy of all customer facing material
