Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor is a retail sales role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment. The role builds client relationships through proactive outreach and post‑sale follow‑up while supporting store presentation and inventory management. This position also handles customer repairs and advises clients on product fit and customization.

• Provide exceptional sales and customer service to clients on the selling floor.
• Initiate and build client relationships using a client book and mailings, and complete sales with post‑sale follow‑up.
• Consistently exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly sales plans and strategies.
• Maintain visual presentation and general upkeep of the selling floor.
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on fit and custom design options.
• Assist with the maintenance and organization of inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Positive, outgoing, high energy, and sales focused personality.
• Proficient with retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Strong interest in fashion and a results driven mindset.
