Call Rail is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts from its Atlanta office. You will drive expansion and cross-sell across the product suite, protect retention, and serve as the primary contact for customers maximizing value from Call Rail’s platform.
You’ll run product demos, monitor usage, and collaborate with Support to resolve technical questions, while building consultative relationships and maintaining forecast data in Salesforce.
