Outside Commercial Entry Door Sales Representative

DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks an Outside Commercial Sales Representative for the Entry Door Division based in Atlanta, responsible for selling specialty doors, automatic doors and operators, hollow metal doors and frames, door hardware, and electrical hardware to commercial and industrial customers.

You will directly influence sales by cultivating new customers and fostering long‑term relationships in Atlanta and surrounding areas.

• Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of entry doors and related products and services.
• Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial building owners and managers, colleges, K‑12 schools, municipalities, and hospitals.
• Develop scope of work for each proposal, personally handle every detail from initial call to closing the sale, and use Windows‑based programs and sales tools proficiently.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Maintain and update a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Prefer a minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience calling on business‑to‑business, ideally with commercial accounts selling new construction or retrofit projects; experience with mechanical products is also considered.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• Ability to apply technical knowledge and understand mechanical systems.
