A&D​/Commercial Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with builders and contractors.
• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
• Oversee and manage a portfolio of builder accounts.
• Monitor market trends and refine sales strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and track progress.
• Provide guidance and support to customers as needed.
• Offer training and product demonstrations to partners.
• Travel within the assigned territory to meet builder partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience within the building industry.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and the specific needs of the builder segment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with builder partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess market conditions.
• Ability to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
