To drive this growth, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Retail Specialist based in the Atlanta area. .In this role, you will be the face of the KICKR RUN for our showroom partners and support our IBD team, ensuring our product dominates the market. You will blend your commercial expertise with your passion for running to support retailers, support the sales reps, and bridge the gap between our internal teams and the market.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting KICKR RUN showrooms with the goal of growing the business
- Store Staff Training:
Be a Wahoo brand ambassador through dealer training, event management, and general brand evangelism throughout the wider running community. - Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Sales Enablement:
Support IBD Sales Representatives to maximize product knowledge and sales performance. - Marketing Support:
Collaborate on and execute regional marketing activities, in-store activations, and events to drive consumer demand - Cross-Functional Liaison:
Act as the strategic interface between local dealers, external sales reps, and our internal Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service Operations teams. - Market Insights:
Identify new locations, monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities

- Experience working in the retail sector, familiar with connected fitness equipment and product training. Event experience is desirable. (ideally within the sports, fitness, or consumer electronics industry). Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- Communication:
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative "bridge-builder" mindset - Market Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the US running and fitness retail landscape - Education:
Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on professional experience - Mobility:
High willingness to travel frequently within the US to visit dealers and attend events. A driver's license and a clean driving record are prerequisites - Passion:
Ideally, you are an active runner yourself. Connecting authentically with the running community and understanding the product from a runner's perspective is a massive plus - A genuinely organized self-starter who can operate effectively on their own and as part of a team
- Strong interest in, and knowledge of, the running, cycling & fitness arena. Plus the desire and ability to regularly participate in group events with dealers
- Strong interest in, and knowledge of, consumer electronics. Ideal candidate is comfortable conversing on key topics such as smartphone technology, Apps, Bluetooth, ANT+, and Wi-Fi wireless standards.
