Discovery Manager

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the Discovery area after sales presentations and explain the survey of guests experience.
• Conduct the survey and present the Discovery program professionally, aiming to sell the program.
• Answer all of the guests' questions accurately in accordance with company sales quotas for a Discovery Associate.
• Prepare a worksheet upon purchase, including all required information, and deliver it to the Contracts office for processing.
• Handle post‑sale client inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Meet established sales quotas for Discovery Associates.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Club Wyndham Sales.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong ability to partner with other departments.
• Maintain performance standards and provide ongoing coaching.
• Full availability to work weekends and holidays, daytime and nighttime.
• Technology fluency and ability to embrace and implement change.
