Smard Art is the world's leading Black art retail brand. Through our direct-to-consumer channels and major retail partners, including TJX (Home Goods, Home Sense, Marshalls, TK Maxx, and Winners) and Walmart, we serve customers across the globe.

We are looking for a confident, camera-ready host to run our Tik Tok Live sales sessions. The ideal candidate will be on screen daily, showcasing products, using strong storytelling to drive sales, and handling viewer questions in real time. Excellent English communication, a strong on-camera presence, and comfort speaking to large audiences are essential, along with a good understanding of Tik Tok live commerce.

Full-time availability is preferred, and the role pays hourly plus commission. Candidates with prior experience in live selling, livestream hosting, or retail sales are best suited for this position.

• Host Tik Tok Live sessions to showcase and sell art products in real time
• Engage viewers with energy, confidence, and a professional on-camera presence
• Drive sales through effective storytelling, product demonstrations, and compelling calls to action
• Respond to viewer questions and address customer concerns during live broadcasts
• Present product information accurately and communicate promotions effectively
• Create short-form Tik Tok content to support live selling campaigns
• Stay current with Tik Tok trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Build audience loyalty through consistent engagement and community interaction
• Escalate customer service and post-sale inquiries when necessary
• Represent the Smard Art brand professionally at all times

• Previous experience in live selling, livestream hosting, retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing sales roles
• Good understanding of Tik Tok culture and live commerce
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident, engaging, and comfortable speaking to large audiences
• Professional appearance suitable for brand representation
• Reliable, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Hourly wage + commission on sales
