SummaryIncrease sales with retailers and distribution channels as well as chase new accounts for future growth. Manage national and key account sales structures to achieve sales revenue and profitability goals and drive the team to meet or exceed targets.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions- Drive sales for Kids2 including retailers, distribution channels and new business development.
- Build and maintain customer relationships and work with retailers’ senior leadership to drive business.
- Manage and develop the sales team, including interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, rewards, discipline and complaint resolution.
- Plan, assign, direct work and monitor the sales process and daily sales orders.
- Develop, analyze and monitor sales forecasts, present and implement sales programs.
- Prepare management call reports and maintain effective knowledge of external market factors, including competitive information, to make educated account decisions and product recommendations.
- Identify, develop and implement long‑term account strategies and objectives; analyze account and product pricing strategies.
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience and/or training.
- Strong leadership and management experience.
- Direct account sales experience required.
- Experience in the consumer products industry with strong sales channel relationships with national and regional retailers.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.
A.) from a four‑year college or university. - Computer/typing skills: proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Physical DemandsRegularly required to sit, use hands flexibly, talk or hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach and lift or move up to 50 pounds. Requires close vision and color vision.
Work EnvironmentGeneral office environment. The role is expected to be in office during core hours at least three days per week (Tuesday‑Thursday) and onsite Monday‑Friday during Week3 of each month.
