Account Manager – Kids2

Kids2 is looking for an Account Manager to drive sales growth and manage key consumer product accounts across eCommerce and retail channels.

• Lead sales volume, spending within budget, and share growth for assigned business.
• Act as the primary contact for customer operations and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Develop long‑term plans based on insights, pricing, promotions, and merchandising objectives.
• Execute integrated eCommerce and brick‑and‑mortar strategies to achieve profitable sales and share goals.
• Conduct annual and ongoing forecasting, product launch, and trade deployment planning.
• Negotiate contracts, secure terms, and manage supply chain initiatives via S&OP and scorecard improvements.
• Ensure fiscal responsibility, delivering planned spend and positive ROI on trade investments.

• 3‑5 years of selling consumer products with national account experience.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong financial and analytical skills to manage account profitability and investment decisions.
• Experience in eCommerce and familiarity with marketing/product management in consumer goods is highly desired.

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, eCommerce, or related field.
• Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills and strong teamwork orientation.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Occasional travel required.
• Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50lb.
