Packaging Consultant

Role Overview

Tricor Braun is a global packaging leader and the largest distributor of primary packaging in North America. We provide innovative solutions to a wide variety of industries, from startups to iconic brands. This role focuses on helping customers master complex packaging details and develop custom solutions.

• Build and grow sales by discovering customer needs and determining the right products.

• Engage customers throughout the final product changes.

• Bring in our experts and collaborate with the design team as needed.

• Manage a territory with expected overnight travel.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 3+ years of progressive sales experience
• Multiple years in consultative sales with medium to large businesses involving lengthy sales cycles (3 months to 2 years)
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
• Proficiency with a CRM to manage customer accounts and calendar of events
• Microsoft Office suite knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

You will learn our business, industry, sales process, lead generation, database usage, and customer cycles. Your base of operation will be the staffed office closest to your territory.
