Call Rail is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts, driving expansion, cross-sell revenue, and retention. You will run product demos, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with Support to resolve technical questions while building trusted relationships across key stakeholders.
You will maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce, meet quarterly targets, and work with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams.
