Vora Marketing Group is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to represent a nationally recognized food and beverage brand throughout the Atlanta area. This entry-level Customer Experience Associate role focuses on creating memorable interactions, increasing brand engagement, and helping customers discover products they'll genuinely enjoy.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll work directly with customers in high-traffic retail environments, introducing products, answering questions, and creating positive experiences that leave a lasting impression. Every Customer Experience Associate plays an important role in supporting customer engagement while contributing to overall sales performance and campaign success.

• Engage directly with customers in retail locations and promotional environments
• Introduce customers to food and beverage products through friendly, informative conversations
• Create positive interactions that strengthen customer engagement and brand awareness
• Answer customer questions and provide product information in a clear and approachable way
• Support product demonstrations, sampling events, and promotional campaigns
• Contribute to daily sales objectives by building customer interest and participation
• Work alongside fellow Customer Experience Associate team members to support campaign goals and sales initiatives
• Maintain a professional and energetic presence throughout every event and activation
• Help support sales growth by creating positive customer experiences and increasing product engagement
• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, customer engagement, and sales development

• Have experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, customer service, or another customer-facing role
• Enjoy interacting with people and creating positive experiences
• Are interested in developing communication and sales skills
• Prefer active workdays over sitting behind a desk

No prior experience is required. Every Customer Experience Associate receives training, mentorship, and support from day one, including coaching designed to strengthen communication and sales skills.
