Travel Requirements:
Up to 70% travel throughout the Southeast United States Position Summary The Account Manager – E&I, M&E, Capital Equipment is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding market share throughout the Southeast United States. This role focuses on supporting exploration, mining, and industrial customers by providing technical solutions, managing key accounts, and identifying opportunities for growth across capital equipment, drilling consumables, and related product lines.

The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with technical expertise and maintain a high level of engagement with customers in the field to support operational success and long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within the exploration, mining, and industrial sectors throughout the Southeast United States.
* Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve sales, profitability, and market share objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including mine operators, exploration companies, drilling contractors, engineering teams, procurement personnel, and distributors.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, including greenfield projects, equipment upgrades, replacement opportunities, and expansion within existing accounts.
* Promote and support capital equipment, drilling solutions, and related products through consultative selling and technical expertise.
* Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to support customer operations and drive sales growth.
* Collaborate with operations, engineering, product management, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
* Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, customer activity records, and CRM documentation.
* Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, bids, and commercial agreements.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
