Location:
Remote (Atlanta based) - This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals.
Compensation:
The expected starting base pay range for this position is $84,000 - $105,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate's tenure in the position of $84,000 - $126,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation.
Employment Logistics:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating new sales leads and revenue by establishing strategic business relationships with key decision-makers in medium to large retail and e-commerce organizations. This role oversees the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting solutions to negotiating and closing contracts—within a defined geographic territory. Success in this role requires resilience, strategic thinking, and the ability to align customer goals with OnTrac's logistics solutions.

The Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiation
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events

- Identify key decision-makers and build strategic relationships to drive revenue growth
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with customer goals
- Support onboarding of new clients to ensure volume commitments are met
- Manage daily account activities and deliverables to meet customer expectations
- Collaborate with the Director of Mid-Market Sales on reporting, administrative tasks, and territory strategy
- Represent OnTrac at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings
- Prepare and present business reviews, and follow through on action items
