Job Description & How to Apply Below

Kalos Facial Plastic Surgery is seeking a polished, motivated, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our practice in Buckhead.

This is a high-touch, patient-facing role that combines patient education, sales, scheduling, follow-up, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, highly responsive, and comfortable guiding patients through a significant elective surgical decision with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.

As one of the first points of contact for prospective surgical patients, the Patient Care Coordinator plays an important role in guiding patients from initial inquiry to consultation, and from consultation to surgery. This includes having thoughtful, in-depth conversations about patient goals, procedures, expected benefits, recovery, pricing, financing, and next steps while building trust and delivering an exceptional experience throughout the process.

This is not a traditional front-desk position. Success in this role requires initiative, consistent follow-through, strong communication, exceptional attention to detail, and a sense of urgency. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, confidently leads patient conversations, and is motivated by both relationship-building and results.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and established surgical patients
  • Respond promptly to new patient inquiries by phone, email, text, and social media
  • Guide patients through conversations about procedures, recovery, pricing, financing, and next steps
  • Build trust, proactively follow up, and support patients through consultation, scheduling, and surgery
  • Coordinate consultations, surgical procedures, preoperative appointments, and postoperative visits
  • Review quotes, deposits, payment deadlines, financing options, and practice policies
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate patient communication, scheduling, and follow-up records
  • Anticipate patient needs and coordinate closely with the surgeon, clinical team, and front office
  • Maintain a polished, high-touch patient experience while supporting additional practice needs as assigned
What We’re Looking For
  • Outgoing, polished, personable, and confident
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone presence
  • Comfortable discussing high-value elective procedures, pricing, financing, and scheduling
  • Skilled at building rapport and adapting communication to different personalities

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency
  • Proactive, self-directed, and consistent with follow-through
  • Comfortable taking ownership and being accountable for results
  • Composed and professional in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
  • Receptive to feedback, collaborative, and willing to support the team wherever needed
Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in sales, patient coordination, or high-touch customer service is required.

Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, elective medicine, luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-end sales is a plus.

We value candidates with exceptional communication skills, strong sales instincts, professionalism, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly.

Kalos Facial Plastic Surgery is a premier facial plastic surgery practice in Buckhead, Atlanta, dedicated exclusively to the face, head, and neck. We are known for highly specialized surgical care, natural results, and an elevated patient experience.

We hold our team to the same high standards we provide our patients, with an emphasis on professionalism, initiative, accountability, attention to detail, teamwork, and exceptional care.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values excellence, and wants to grow as an integral part of a high-performing practice.
